AfN CPD Endorsement Application Form

This form is for applying for the quality assurance of CPD activities for the maintenance and development of Registered Nutritionists' and Registered Associate Nutritionists' knowledge and skills (all of whom already hold at least honours degree level nutrition).

If your training is for the wider (non-nutritionist) workforce, please apply for course certification under the fitness & leisure, catering or health & social care frameworks (application form link)

Please read the Standards and Procedures for AfN CPD Endorsement before completing the following form. If you would like advice on making your application, please email professional@associationfornutrition.org 

An invoice for the appropriate fee will be issued upon receipt of this application. Please see our website for current fees. If you require an invoice in advance of your application, please contact the Finance Team at finance@associationfornutrition.org .
Please note: CPD endorsement cannot be sent for assessment until fees have been paid in full.
